Anonymous Generosity

A few days ago, a family that wished to remain anonymous donated $1000 to the Bormolini family! This was incredibly generous and we appreciate you with the utmost respect.

Quote of the Day:

"So when you give to the poor, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, so that they may be honored by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. 3"But when you give to the poor, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4so that your giving will be in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you."

Patty Bormolini - A Great Mother and A Better Friend

Patty Bormolini is an amazing woman. She has been a family friend of my mother's for many years, and is pictured above, 2nd from the left. Four years ago, she was diagnosed with stomach cancer. After spending over a year going through surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, she recovered from her disease and became cancer free. At a later date, she was diagnosed again for metastasis in the lungs.

However, in the past few months, she has developed vision problems. This was caused by tumors found on both optic nerves. This has caused her to go blind in her left eye, and the vision in her right eye is compromised as well. It was also discovered that she had a tumor in her frontal lobe.

She is seeking treatments from MD Anderson in Texas. We would like to give people an opportunity to support her financially. Your donations can help her through this incredibly tough time. Prayers and get well cards are also greatly appreciated, we love her and want the very best for her and her family.
